Santa Bow is simple and fun to make. You can use it as a gift tag on a present. Since the cuffs are white card stock, you can write “To:” your favorite person on the left and “From:” their favorite crafter … you on the right cuff. It’s a present in itself. Maybe you will choose to use it as an ornament. It’s fun however you use it.

We used two piece 1-1/2″ wide faux velvet ribbon. One is 14″ long and the other is 10″ long. Be sure to use a ribbon with some body to it or choose a wire edged ribbon. Otherwise you may need use a fabric stiffener.
You might think about a red ribbon with polka dots or how about buffalo plaid?
We used black, white and gold glitter card stock.
You could also use fabric. Here are some suggestions Black felt for the boots and inside of buckle. White faux fur for the cuffs. Glitter fun foam for the buckle.
We also used a piece of yarn and a glue stick.
